Kelly’s Knob is a craggy hill situated on the northern edge of the township of Kununurra.

There is a lookout on the top of the Kelly’s Knob, which is the highest spot in the town of Kununurra.

A sealed road leads upto the middle of the hill, then you need to walk approx 20 minutes to the top.

Some parts of the walking track have rocky surfaces, but with some hand rails and stairs , it is not too difficult to walk.

Actually it is very fun to climb the rocky outcrop.
And after a 20-minutes walk, you will be rewarded with a 360-degree view.
You can see Mirima National Park to the east…

Outback plain to the north…

Irrigated agricultural land to the west…

And the township of Kununurra and Lake Kununurra to the south…

It is also a popular place to visit for sunrise and sunset.
